Ingredients
- 1 rabbit (cut in pieces) or 4 to 5 legs
- 150 gr low fat bacon
- 300 gr mushrooms
- 2 small onions or 1 big one
- 1 Old Gueuze Oud Beersel
- flour ( ± 1 tablespoon)
- olive oil
- thyme and laurel
Cooking
- cook the rabbit in olive oil and add salt and pepper
- add the onion and flour
- pour in Old Gueuze
- add thyme and laurel
- cook for 20 to 25 min.
- add finely cut mushrooms and cooked bacon (to extract the salt)
- cook for another ± 15 min.
Serve
- with garden cress and croquettes or baked potatoes
