OUD BEERSEL PRESENTS: BRUNCH WITH BEER PAIRING

On Sunday September 29 we organize another delicious Brunch with Beer Pairing.
We welcome you between 11:00 am and 11:30 am at the legendary Bierhuis Oud Beersel with a glass of BZART Lambic or a delicious fruit juice as an aperitif.
We offer you an extensive and original brunch, with a large part of the artisanal products made with our beers.

If there are specific dietary needs, for vegetarian food or allergies, please inform us at the time of your reservation.
If desired, the brunch can also be ordered without beer pairing.
There is also a kids brunch for children up to 12 years old.

BRUNCH:

– Aperitif drink: Bzart Lambiek 2018 or a fruit juice
– Water, coffee, tea
– Trio of mini viennoiseries
– Sourdough bread with Bersalis Tripel Oak Aged
– Marmalade of cherries macerated on Lambic
– Honey from Oud Beersel cherry orchard
– Saint-Étienne cheese, made with Oud Beersel Lambic
– Pottekeis with Sparkling Lambic
– Mousse of ham
– Roast beef from Hoeve Cuvry
– Pickled veggies on Lambic
– Boiled farm egg
– Artisanal quiche
– Salted Butter Caramel ice cream with beer or Vanilla ice cream without beer and sugar

BEER PAIRING:

We will serve you a tasting stave with 3 special Oud Beersel beers in 15 cl glasses.
These beers are normally only sold by the bottle. The selection varies every brunch.
Afterwards you can order à la carte beers at will.

RESERVATION:

Reservation is required and can be done through the registration form on our activities page.
Within a few days after the reservation, you will receive a confirmation, in which you will also find the payment details.
Your reservation is only complete when we have received the full amount on our account. You will receive a confirmation by mail.

If desired, you can also make reservations in the Bierhuis.
Reservations can be made until September 22. Be quick as seats are limited.
